My passion for being an entrepreneur began over 22 years ago while I was in the 5th grade. From that moment forward, I’ve spent most of my life leading. I remember how proud I was to be named the 5th grade 4-H club president.
Soon thereafter, I began my journey in servant-based leadership. I learned the importance of influencing others to make good decisions. I learned how to empower people to take risks and to be a part of a community. I learned that a few people can have a tremendous impact on an entire organization. These early experiences helped to shape my sense of purpose and life vision, and they showed me that my decisions and entrepreneurial endeavors must aid me in living a life of vitality and leaving a legacy of contribution. This vision inspires me to empower others to make great decisions and to lead from the front. I have developed an expectation of excellence because I know that these high standards and expectations will afford me the opportunity to contribute to society.
